About Viridis

Viridis is an Android-first, offline clinical communication and record-keeping aid intended to help clinicians communicate across language barriers and work through reviewed screening content. It is maintained as a separate application, with strict safety boundaries: it must not diagnose, recommend treatment, fabricate translations, or bundle unreviewed clinical and language content.

This portal is a separate web application that exists to prepare and review the language content Viridis uses. It invites language reviewers, clinicians, and project staff to review text and audio, propose corrections, record or upload pronunciation audio, and export structured review results — the raw material that later goes through the project's own adjudication, pack-building, signing, and release process before it ever reaches the Viridis app itself.

The initial focus is English and Standard Fijian content for the first Viridis screening module. The portal itself is generic — new languages, modules, and review types can be added without changing how it works.

Acknowledgements

Viridis and this review portal exist because of the language reviewers, clinicians, and project staff who volunteer their expertise to make screening content safer and more accurate. Their contributions are acknowledged in project records; this page will list specific acknowledgements once the project owner confirms what should be public.
