Safety boundary
This portal is not a clinical application, a patient record system, or a diagnostic tool. It must never collect patient information. Reviewer feedback does not become approved Viridis content automatically — it must still pass the project's human adjudication, pack-building, signing, and release process before it can reach the Viridis application.
The Viridis Android application itself is maintained separately and carries its own strict safety boundaries: it must not diagnose, recommend treatment, fabricate translations, or bundle unreviewed clinical and language content.
What this portal will never do
- Collect patient names, identifiers, encounters, medical images, or records.
- Provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, triage, or dosing guidance.
- Allow public self-registration.
- Expose reviewer audio or feedback publicly.
- Put Appwrite server API keys in browser code or the Git repository.
- Render reviewer-supplied HTML.
- Automatically sign, publish, or distribute Viridis content packs.
- Describe a phrase as clinically approved based on a single response.
- Become the source of truth for Android application clinical records.
- Include advertising, behavioural tracking, or third-party analytics.
See privacy for how reviewer personal data (names, emails, comments, and voice recordings) is handled — the boundaries above are about patient data specifically, and privacy is a related but separate concern.
