Privacy
This portal never collects patient data — see safety boundary. It does, however, process personal data belonging to reviewers, clinicians, and project staff: names, email addresses, professional context, written comments, and voice recordings submitted as part of a review.
What we collect and why
- Account information (name, email, organisation) — to invite you, verify who submitted a review, and let project staff contact you about your work.
- Review responses (ratings, corrections, comments) — the content you were invited to provide, retained as review evidence.
- Voice recordings — only when a review explicitly requests one, and only after a separate recording-specific consent step that explains why it's requested, who can access it, and how long it's kept, distinct from this general policy.
- Administrative audit records — a bounded log of account and content actions (who invited whom, who submitted what, when), used for accountability. This log never contains passwords, session tokens, full response text, or audio file contents.
Who can access it
Project administrators and project staff carrying out the review this content belongs to. Reviewer feedback and recordings are never made public. A reviewer can only see their own submissions, never another reviewer's.
Retention and deletion
Exact retention periods for reviewer accounts, responses, and recordings are being finalised before this portal is used with real reviewer content — see the development status notice on the about page. Once submitted, a response becomes part of the project's review evidence and audit trail; deleting an account or a recording after submission has documented consequences rather than promising impossible erasure, and is handled by a project administrator on request, not as a fully automatic self-service action.
Your requests
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, contact a project administrator through your existing project channel. A dedicated privacy contact address will be published here once confirmed.
